What we publish, and what we do not

Disclaimer, read before relying.

Marketing outcomes depend on the product, the market, the platform, and the team running the work. This page sets out the limits of what we publish on leapbuzz.com, the honest-claims rule that governs every page, and where to verify anything you intend to act on.

1. No guaranteed marketing results

Critical

Digital marketing performance is variable.

We make no guarantees, warranties, or representations on:

  • Specific rankings, traffic volumes, or visibility lifts
  • Conversion rates, lead generation, or sales outcomes
  • Return on investment or return on ad spend
  • Engagement rates, click-through rates, or quality scores
  • Revenue growth, profit margins, or business outcomes

Performance depends on factors outside our control: product quality and pricing, competitive landscape, platform algorithm changes, advertising budget, seasonality and macro conditions, client responsiveness, platform policy and restriction, and user behaviour.

2. Past performance does not predict future results

Where leapbuzz.com references case studies, testimonials, or performance metrics, those describe specific client experiences under particular conditions. Your conditions are different.

Any case-study reference on this site is illustrative. It is not a promise of similar results.

3. No responsibility for third-party platforms

Our work depends on third-party platforms including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok for Business, Microsoft Advertising, and others. We are not responsible for:

  • Algorithm changes, policy updates, or feature modifications
  • Account suspensions, bans, or platform-policy disputes
  • Platform outages, downtime, or technical bugs
  • Changes in advertising costs and auction dynamics
  • Platform-imposed restrictions and content rejections
  • Data breaches or privacy incidents at third-party platforms

Platforms operate independently. They change policies without notice. We cannot guarantee availability, functionality, or stability.

4. Information accuracy

We try to keep the site current, but:

  • The advertising landscape changes weekly.
  • Industry statistics and benchmarks are time-bound.
  • Platform features and best practices evolve continuously.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of every claim.

Content on leapbuzz.com is for general information. Verify before applying it to production decisions.

5. Not professional advice

  • Not financial advice. Consult a licensed financial professional for investment decisions.
  • Not legal advice. Consult licensed legal counsel for legal questions.
  • Not industry-specific compliance certification. While we run paid media for clients in finance, insurance, and other regulated sectors, we are not licensed practitioners in those sectors. The client retains responsibility for sector-specific compliance.

6. Regulatory compliance is the client's responsibility

The client is responsible for ensuring that marketing materials, advertising content, and campaigns comply with applicable laws, regulator guidance, and industry standards. These commonly include:

  • Singapore: PDPA, MAS guidelines for financial services, HSA for healthcare and pharmaceutical, IMDA for telco and media
  • Australia: Privacy Act, ACMA, ASIC for financial services
  • Canada: PIPEDA, OSFI for financial services, provincial regulators
  • United States: FTC, SEC, OCC, FINRA for financial services, HIPAA for healthcare
  • European Union: GDPR, member-state regulators
  • Industry-specific advertising restrictions (alcohol, gambling, tobacco, restricted financial products)

We give general guidance on platform policies and advertising practice. We are not licensed advisers; the client confirms compliance with sector-specific rules through their own legal counsel.

7. External links

leapbuzz.com links to external resources from platform vendors, regulators, and named research firms. We do not control external sites and are not responsible for their content. Inclusion of a link is not an endorsement of the site's owner or its content. Review the third-party privacy and terms before acting on anything you find there.

8. AI and automation

Our services use AI and automated optimisation. Be aware:

  • AI systems are not infallible and can produce errors.
  • Automated optimisation works on historical data and may not predict future outcomes.
  • Machine-learning models need time to learn and stabilise.
  • AI-generated copy and creative require human review before publication.
  • Model quality depends on the quality of the data fed into it.

Forward-looking statements on this site referencing future platform changes (for example, Google AI Max migration timelines) are based on platform-vendor public roadmaps. Dates may shift; verify against the platform vendor's own documentation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, leapbuzz and Origin Pi Pte. Ltd. (its officers, directors, employees, and contractors) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or opportunity cost. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim. See the Terms and conditions for the full clause.

10. Affiliate disclosure

From time to time we recommend tools we use or believe will help our clients. Some recommendations may carry affiliate links, where we earn a referral fee at no additional cost to you. We only recommend tools we genuinely value. Affiliate arrangements do not influence editorial. Where a specific recommendation carries an affiliate link, we say so at the point of use.

11. Testimonials and endorsements

Any testimonial or case-study reference on leapbuzz.com represents one client's experience under specific conditions. Featured outcomes may reflect:

  • Market conditions, competitive timing, or seasonality
  • The client's resources, capability, and commitment
  • Implementation quality from both sides
  • Favourable factors outside our control

Your results will differ. Testimonials are not a forecast of future performance.

12. The honest-claims rule

Our standing rule

No invented metrics, ever.

Only named, founder-confirmed clients appear by name on this site. Anonymised engagement references describe completed work in capability terms, not invented numbers. We do not publish fabricated outcomes, made-up case studies, or unverifiable platform-feature claims.

Capability claims (what we can do in a sector or channel) are allowed. Outcome claims (a specific number we delivered) require proof on file. Where a metric appears in copy, it traces to a verified source.

13. Changes to this disclaimer

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services and to update this disclaimer to reflect legal, operational, or business changes. Material changes are communicated by email and on this page. Continued use of services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated disclaimer.

If a claim, statistic, or platform-feature reference on any leapbuzz.com page looks wrong, write in. We review every report and post a dated correction note when something needs to change.

See the Corrections policy for how the review process works.
